摘要
针对真空自耗熔炼大规格(?≥760mm)钛合金铸锭易出现头部缩孔较深、切头量大的问题,分析了缩孔产生的原因,论述了热封顶工艺制定的原则和方法,并据此制定了适合实际生产的热封顶工艺制度。试生产发现,该工艺可显著减小缩孔深度,提高铸锭的成品率。
During Vacuum Arc Remelting process,deeper shrinkage cavity usually appears on the top of the largesize finished titanium alloy ingot,which also causes the high discarding amount of the ends.The reasons causing shrinkage cavity were analyzed,and the principle and method to design the parameters of hot topping were described.Thus,the hot topping system suitable for the production was determined which reduced the depth of the shrinkage cavity and increased the yield rate of the finished ingot greatly.
