摘要
在分析解读"新型智慧城市"的政策、借鉴行业发展经验的基础上,研究并提出了基于数据运营的新型智慧城市发展模式的发展理念、驱动模型、功能架构,并对发展建设要点提出了建议。
On the basis of analyzing and interpreting the policy of "New Smart City" and drawing on the experience of industry development, we studied and put forward the development concept, driving model and functional framework of development mode of Smart City based on data operation, and gave some suggestions on the key points of development and construction.
