摘要
随着我国经济、社会、科技高速发展,大学生获取外界信息的途径增多,构建高校思想政治教育柔性管理体系对思想政治教育的顺利开展具有重要意义。当前,我国高校思想政治教育管理体系中存在没有做到以人为本、忽视学生的情感需求、师生关系不够融洽与和谐、缺乏完善的管理评价机制以及柔性管理与刚性管理关系处理失当的问题。高校思想政治教育柔性管理体系的构建要坚持以人为本的管理理念、科学运用情感教育的手段、建立平等融洽的师生关系、构建完善的柔性管理评价系统、加强柔性管理和刚性管理的组合运用。
With the rapid economic,social and technological development of China,the means for college students to get access to external information has been largely increased,so it is of great importance to construct a flexible management system in implementing successfully ideological and political education in colleges.Nowadays,in China there exist some problems in college ideological and political education management system,such as failing to adhere to the students-oriented principle,ignoring students’emotional needs,the disharmony between students and teachers,lack of excellent evaluation systems in management,and an inappropriate balance between the regid management and the flexible management.Therefore the construction of a flexible management system should be based on the students-oriented principle,and should scientifically apply emotional education,and aim at equal and harmonious students-teachers relationship,and improve the flexible management evaluation system,and at last enhance the combined application of the regid and the flexible managements.
