摘要
某型号电梯限速器是否装反,远程操作限速器触发装置模拟电梯超速,限速器-安全钳联动试验均能成功,但是在电梯真实超速或者失控时,限速器只能单向机械动作。这说明不能单纯以限速器-安全钳联动试验有效来判断限速器是否安装正确,需要结合限速器标识必要时手动操作来综合辨别。
Whether an overspeed governor is reversed or not,when elevator is speeding by operating remote control,overspeed governor and safety gear linkage test can be successful.But when the elevator car is speeding or out of control in reality,the mechanical action can be happened in only one direction.Inspectors cannot judge whether the overspeed governor is correctly installed or not by overspeed governor and safety gear linkage test.It is necessary to combine overspeed governor and safety gear linkage test,the arrow mark on overspeed governor,and manual operation and to identify comprehensively.
