“四位一体”培训模式在临床护理教师培训中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨理论-临床技能-临床思维-教学能力“四位一体”培训模式在临床护理教师培训中的应用效果。方法选取40名临床护理教师为研究对象,采用基于理论-临床技能-临床思维-教学能力的“四位一体”的模式进行培训,观察培训前后研究对象理论、临床技能、临床思维及临床教学能力考核成绩。结果培训后研究对象的理论、客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)以及临床教学能力考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于理论-临床技能-临床思维-教学能力的“四位一体”培训模式能够提高临床护理教师理论水平、临床思维能力及教学能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of“four-in-one”model in training program for clinical nursing instructors.Methods Totally 40 clinical nursing instructors were recruited in this study,a“four in one”model training which consisted of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,clinical thinking and clinical teaching ability was adopted.The instructors’theoretical knowledge level,clinical skills,clinical thinking and teaching ability were evaluated before and after training.Results Instructors achieved higher scores of theoretical knowledge,Objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)and clinical teaching ability assessment after training(P<0.05).Conclusion The“four-in-one”model may help to improve the theoretical level,clinical thinking ability and teaching ability of clinical nursing instructors.
