摘要
目的:探究分析CT增强对肠淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法:选取我院2017年6月至2019年3月肿瘤科收治的14例肠淋巴瘤患者作为研究的观察对象,所有患者在入院后72小时之内均进行CT增强检查,对所有患者的病历资料和CT增强诊断结果进行回顾性分析统计,结合病理检查结果,分析肠淋巴瘤的诊断准确性。结果:在肠淋巴瘤的诊断和检验中,CT增强检查出12例,具有较高的准确率(85.71%)。结论:CT增强检查能够有效诊断出患者病灶情况,弥补病理检查中存在的时效性缺陷,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of CT enhancement in intestinal lymphoma.Methods 14 patients with intestinal lymphoma admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research observation objects.All patients underwent CT enhanced examination within 72 hours after admission,and all patients’ medical records were examined.The data and ct-enhanced diagnostic results were retrospectively analyzed and statistically combined with pathological examination results to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of intestinal lymphoma.Results In the diagnosis and test of intestinal lymphoma,ct enhanced detection showed 12 cases,which has a high accuracy rate (85.71%).Conclusion CT enhanced examination can effectively diagnose the patient’s lesions and make up for the time-consuming defects in pathological examination,which has high clinical value.
