摘要
论文分析施工企业在财务管理中存在边缘项目财务管理缺失、资金回款难、资金链紧张、财务预算管理不到位、财务管理制度不完善等问题的基础上,提出了建立健全科学的财务管理制度,优化财务资金管理,深化预算编制,增强财务管理人员责任意识和素质能力,加强预算管理控制等措施。
Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the financial management of construction enterprises,such as the lack of financial management of marginal projects,the tension of capital chain,the lack of financial budget management and the imperfect financial management system,this paper puts forward some measures,such as establishing and perfecting the scientific financial management system,optimizing the financial fund management,deepening the budget compilation,enhancing the responsibity consciousness and quality ability of the financial managers,and strengthening the budget management and control.
