摘要
以泄露间隙对双螺杆压缩机性能的影响为研究内容,构建了7种带有不同尺寸间隙的螺杆压缩机模型,深入分析了泄露间隙对双螺杆压缩机内部流场压力、速度、质量流量、功率的影响。研究发现,齿顶间隙泄露对双螺杆压缩机影响最大,次之为端面间隙,最后为齿间间隙。同时,发现质量流量随泄露间隙的增大而增大,功率随泄露间隙的增大而减小。研究结果为双螺杆压缩机设计制造过程中间隙预留量范围的确定提供参考价值。
Taking the effect of leakage gap on the performance of twin screw compressors as the research content,seven types of screw compressor models with gaps of different sizes were constructed,and the leakage gap's effect on the pressure,velocity,mass flow,Impact of power.The study found that the leakage of the tip gap has the greatest impact on the twin screw compressor,followed by the end face gap,and finally the inter-tooth gap.At the same time,it was found that the mass flow increased with the increase of the leakage gap,and the power decreased with the increase of the leakage gap.The research results provide reference value for the determination of the clearance reserve range during the design and manufacture of twin screw compressors.
