摘要
                
                    针对近程海面探测试验存在的限制条件和缺少理论仿真模型等问题,提出了激光束海面散射建模模型与探测性能评估方法。该方法基于三点滑动窗函数和激光束与随机海浪交会情况,通过矢量运算法确定面元入射角,采用朗伯体面元建立海面散射回波模型和模型参数拟合,并计算相同探测条件下的紫红醇酸漆舰船目标板回波功率,分析了典型四种海面/舰面视场变化情况下的回波信息特征。仿真结果表明,海面回波信噪比和相对高度随机变化,而舰船回波信噪比和相对高度变化具有一致性,根据不同交会情况下探测视场回波信息特征,完成对海面/舰面目标自适应识别和系统探测性能评估。
                
                In order to solve the problem of the limitations of short-range sea surface detection experiment and the lack of scatter echo simulation model,a laser beam sea surface scattering model and detection performance evaluation method was proposed.This method was based on a three-point sliding window function and the intersection of a laser beam with random ocean waves.The surface element incidence angle was determined by a vector algorithm.The Lambertian surface element was used to establish a sea surface scattering echo model and parameter fitting,the echo power of target plate of the purple red alkyd paint ship was calculated under the same detection condition,the characteristics of the echo information under four kinds of sea surface/ship surface field changes were analyzed.Simulation results showed that the SNR and relative height of the sea surface echos changed randomly,while the SNR and relative height of the ship echos were consistent.The adaptive identification of sea/ship targets were completed and the system detection performance was evaluated by detecting the characteristics of field of view echo information under different intersections.
