摘要
针对特种设备数量高速增长与质量管理服务供给不足等日益复杂的形势,研究基于物联网、大数据、云计算等新一代信息技术的特种设备智能检测监测架构与支撑要素,提出面向设备安全管控的检测监测技术应用模式、面向生命周期环节的集成应用模式、基于动静态数据的云服务应用模式等多种云服务模式,集成技术、平台、数据等多种手段探索特种设备行业检测监测应用与服务创新,满足特种设备生产、使用、检验、检测、监管等多方需求,推动特种设备质量提升、技术优化和风险防范能力升级.
In view of the increasingly complex situation of high-speed growth of special equipment and insufficient supply of quality management services,the intelligent detection and monitoring architecture and key points of special equipment are researched which based on the next-generation information technology such as Internet of Things,big data and cloud computing.The multiple cloud service modes are proposed including the detection and monitoring technology application mode,the life-cycle integrated application mode,and the dynamic and static datadriven cloud service application mode.The integration application of technology,platform,service and other means will meet the needs of special equipment production,use,inspection,testing and supervision links.The above studies will be the important supports of special equipment quality improvement,technology optimization and risk prevention capability upgrade.
