摘要
为研究三软煤层条件下一次采全厚工作面复合顶板移动规律,利用矿压监测系统对工作面支架工作阻力、掘进及回采期间围岩及巷道变形量实时监测。得出巷道断面收缩率在4%以下;采面液压支架工作阻力变化平稳,平均3 260~4 363 kN,未出现阻力剧增现象。探索了平顶山矿区一次采全厚工作面设备选型及巷道支护方法,为中国平煤神马集团类似矿井大采高工作面的推广提供经验和技术支撑。
In order to study the movement law of composite roof of full thickness working face in the next mining of three soft coal seams,the working resistance,deformation of surrounding rock and roadway are monitored in real time by using mineral pressure monitoring system. It is concluded that the shrinkage rate of roadway section is less than 4 %;The working resistance of the surface hydraulic support is stable,with an average of 3 260 to 4 363 kN,and there is no increase in resistance. Explore the method of designing and supporting the whole thickness working face in Pingdingshan mining area,and provide the experience and technical support for the popularization of similar high mining working face in China Pingmei Shenma group.
