摘要
通过文献回顾结合现代临床报道,分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医药治疗临床疗效评价方法运用现状,并将其归为5类,包括以症状、体征为主进行疗效评价,采用实验室指标为主进行疗效评价,采用症状体征结合实验室指标进行综合疗效评价,根据生存质量和患者报告结局进行疗效评价和以结局性指标为主进行疗效评价。分别对各疗效评价方法的优劣、临床价值和应用范围等进行评价。指出采用凸显中医药特色的临床疗效评价方法的重要性和必然性,应从研究类型、治疗方法、疾病分期、评价期限等方面科学分析、恰当选取,旨在为临床实践提供理论指导。
On the basis of literature review and modern clinical reports,the author analyzed the current situation of clinical efficacy evaluation of COPD treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and classified it into five categories,including symptoms and signs to evaluate the efficacy,laboratory indexes were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect,symptoms and signs combined with laboratory indexes were used to evaluate the comprehensive curative effect,evaluation of therapeutic effect based on quality of life and patient-reported outcome,evaluation of curative effect based on local index.Then,the advantages and disadvantages,clinical value and application scope of each therapeutic evaluation method were evaluated.Finally,it points out the importance and inevitability of adopting the evaluation method of clinical curative effect of COPD,which highlights the characteristics of TCM.In order to provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice,scientific analysis should be made from the aspects of research types,treatment methods,disease stages,evaluation periods and so on,and appropriate selection should be made in order to provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice.
