摘要
根据新能源汽车用5754合金O状态结构件带材的性能要求和使用要求,试验研究了不同化学成分和成品退火温度对材料力学性能及冲压成形性能的影响。试验合金采用生产过程中产生的5052及5182铝合金废料为原材料,通过控制适当的废料比例,试验不同成分铝液,并采用半连续铸造方法生产的铸锭,经热轧、冷轧及完全退火后,检测材料的力学性能,并测试其成型性能。试验结果表明,5754合金带材的抗拉强度和屈服强度随合金中Mg含量的增加而增加,但材料的成型性能明显下降,仅当5754合金的Mg含量控制在2.75%~3%时,材料具有良好的成型性能。
According to the performance requirements and forming requirements of the 5754-O aluminum alloy strip required by the new energy automobile,this experimental study of the different chemical composition and final annealing effect of temperature on mechanical properties of materials and metal forming properties.The experimental alloys used of the production process produced 5052 and 5182 aluminum alloy scrap as raw materials.By controlling the appropriate proportion of the experiment different components of liquid aluminum,produced by method of semi-continuous casting of hot-rolled coil,as a result of hot rolling and cold rolling and annealing completely,and then testing the mechanical properties of materials and testing the forming performance.Experimental results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of 5754 alloy strip increases with the content of Mg alloys,but the forming properties of materials has decreased.When the Mg content control in the 2.75%~3%in the 5754 alloy,the materials with good forming performance.
