摘要
目的通过比较危急值闭环管理前后的血常规检验危急值报告及时率的变化,评价危急值闭环管理的效果。方法统计并比较曲靖市第二人民医院2018年10-12月(闭环管理前)、2019年10-12月(闭环管理后)的血常规检验结果危急值报告及时率。结果闭环管理前危急值上报总数286例次,闭环管理后危急值上报总数288例次。闭环管理后危急值报告正常应答率较闭环管理前明显提高〔83.33%(240/288)比69.23%(198/286)〕,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施检验危急值闭环管理,提高了血常规危急值报告及时率,提升了检验科血常规质量管理水平,提高患者安全。
Objective To evaluate the effect of critical value closed-loop management by comparing the change of timely report rates of critical value in routine blood test before and after closed-loop management. Methods The timely report rates of critical value in blood routine test before closed-loop management and after closed-loop management were counted and compared. Results There were 286 critical value reports from October to December 2018, and 288 critical value reports from October to December 2019. The timely report rate after closed-loop management was significantly higher than that before closed-loop management [83.33%(240/288) vs. 69.23%(198/286)], with significant difference(P < 0.01). Conclusion The implementation of closed-loop management of critical value in clinical laboratory could improve the timely report rate of critical value of blood routine test and the quality management level of blood routine test in the laboratory, so as to improve the safety of patients.
