摘要
为了量化分析机械结构特征,需要进行机械结构的优化三维模拟,提出基于虚拟视景的机械结构模拟软件设计方案。采用三维动态结构重组方法进行机械结构模拟的虚拟视景重构,构建机械结构的三维视景重构模型,采用边缘轮廓检测和纹理检测方法进行机械结构的纹理结构特征模拟,建立机械结构的三维信息重构模型,进行机械结构的模拟设计,采用三维虚拟视景仿真和VR技术进行机械结构模拟。基于Vega Prime视景仿真软件进行机械结构模拟软件设计,在Lynx Prime图形界面中实现机械结构的模拟软件开发设计。仿真结果表明,该软件能有效实现机械结构的三维视景仿真和重构,提高了机械结构的三维模拟性能。
In order to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of mechanical structure,it is necessary to optimize the 3D simulation of mechanical structure,and put forward the design scheme of mechanical structure simulation software based on virtual view.The 3D dynamic structure reconstruction method is used to reconstruct the virtual scene of mechanical structure simulation,the 3D scene reconstruction model of mechanical structure is constructed,the texture structure feature simulation of mechanical structure is carried out by edge contour detection and texture detection method,the 3D information reconstruction model of mechanical structure is established,the simulation design of mechanical structure is carried out,and the 3D virtual vision simulation and VR technology are used to simulate the mechanical structure.The simulation software design of mechanical structure is carried out based on Vega Prime visual simulation software,and the simulation software development design of mechanical structure is realized in Lynx Prime graphical interface.The simulation results show that the software can effectively realize the 3D visual simulation and reconstruction of mechanical structure,and improve the 3D simulation performance of mechanical structure.
