摘要
我国水性木器漆的生产规模越来越大,水性木器漆在工业上得到了广泛应用,但与溶剂型木器漆相比还有一定差距,其配方中的乳化剂、流平剂、增稠剂、分散剂、润湿助剂等会产生大量泡沫,进而影响漆品的使用性能。本文就水性木器漆中消泡剂的制备和性能进行分析,并对具体工艺影响因素加以讨论。
The production scale of water-based wood paints in China is getting larger and larger.Water-based wood paints have been widely used in industry,but there is still a certain gap compared with solvent-based wood paints.The emulsifier,leveling agent,thickener,dispersant and wetting aid in their formula will produce a lot of foam,which will affect the performance of paint products.This article analyzes the preparation and performance of defoamers in water-based wood paints,and discusses the factors affecting the specific process.
