摘要
“以文化人”从本质上看是一种教育活动,是用文化来熏陶、教化、塑造、成就人的过程,它与大学生校园文化活动有着内在联系,一方面,大学生校园文化活动是“以文化人”的重要载体,另一方面,“以文化人”是开展大学生校园文化活动的目的和重要途径。但在现阶段,“以文化人”引领大学生校园文化活动存在一些现实困境,如,在化人内容上数量有余,质量不足;化人主体上各行其政,合力不足;化人效果上机制不全,收效甚微。因此实现困境中的超越,就要甄选先进文化,丰富高校校园文化活动的精神内核;要贯彻全员育人,汇聚引领大学生校园文化活动的强大合力;要注重场域影响,提升大学生校园文化活动化人效果。
"Culture Education"is an essentially educational activity in essence,It is the process of using culture to cultivate,educate,and shape people,It has an inherent relationship with Campus cultural activities.On the one hand,Campus cultural activities is an important carrier of"Culture Education",On the other hand,campus cultural activities is ultimate aim and realizing ways of"Culture Education".At the current stage,there are some practical dilemmas in leading Campus cultural activities with"Culture Education".For example,the quantity of cultural resources is sufficient but the quality is inadequate,the educate executor lack of cooperation with each other,the culture education is inefficiency.To solve this problem,we must select advanced culture and enrich the spiritual core of campuses cultural activities,gathering the efforts of educating resources.
