摘要
旋回破碎机动、定锥衬板是破碎机易损件,消耗量巨大。通过优化,可延长衬板的使用寿命。衬板优化主要集中在腔型曲线的优化设计和衬板材质的优化。对目前衬板优化工作所取得的进展进行了总结,并对发展的方向提出了看法,为衬板优化工作的继续发展提供参考。
The mantle and the concave of the gyratory crusher are the quick-wear part and consume greatly.Their optimization brings about the prolonging of service life.The liner optimization mainly involves the optimization of the cavity profile and the liner material.The paper summarized the progress on liner optimization at present,and offered suggestions about the development direction,which offered reference for further development of liner optimization.
