摘要
近年来我国高校科研人员的专利申请和许可数量增长趋势明显,以专利许可为代表的科研成果商业化行为是否会影响高校科研人员的论文产出?本文基于42所"双一流"高校科研人员专利和论文数据库,应用负二项回归和分位数回归,深入剖析高校专利与学术论文之间的关系。结果显示,专利数量与中文、英文和总体论文数量之间均存在显著的正向影响,在高产出特质的科研人员中正向影响最明显;专利独占许可对科研人员英文和总体论文数量存在显著负向影响,当以独占许可方式实施许可时,英文和总体论文数量分别会降低21.4%和15%,中等以上产出特征的科研人员所受负向影响最大。
Recently there has been dramatic growth of patent and licensing in Chinese universities.Will the commercialization of scientific research results affect the production of academic research in higher education?Based on the 42"Double-First Class"universities,this paper applies negative binomial regression and quantile regression to analyze the relationship between patent licensing and paper production.The results show that there are significant positive associations between the number of patent and the number of Chinese,English and total academic papers.The positive effect is most obvious among the researchers with high output characteristics.Patent licensing has significant negative effects on English and total academic papers.When the license is implemented exclusively,the numbers of English and total papers will be reduced by 21.4% and 15%.These negative effects have the greatest impacts on researchers with medium to above output characteristics.
