摘要
以互联网为媒介的意见表达渠道层出不穷,民众的利益表达机制不断多元,因此,在处理突发公共事件网络舆情信息工作中,可积极地利用大数据技术进行事件的处理,这也是当下突发公共事件网络舆情工作发展创新的新方向。以大数据时代网络舆情工作的基本概念为基础,分析其问题,针对其问题利用大数据技术来提出解决方法,为构建更高层次的网络舆情处置机制提供对策。
The characteristics of the expression channel of internet-based media are endless,and the expression mechanism of the people’s interests is constantly diversified.Therefore,in the work of network public opinion of public emergencies,we can actively use big data technology to deal with events,which is also a new direction for the development and innovation of public opinion network public health work.Based on the basic concepts of network public opinion work in the era of big data,this paper analyzes its problems,uses big data technology to propose solutions to its problems,and provides countermeasures for building a higher level network public opinion disposal mechanism.
