循环荷载下1-3型水泥基压电复合材料的力电响应 被引量:1

Mechanical-electric Response of 1-3 Cement Based Piezoelectric Composite under Cyclic Loading

摘要 利用MTS810万能材料试验机,对1-3型水泥基压电复合材料开展了准静态单轴压缩试验和循环加载试验。结果表明:在循环荷载下,试件输出电压与施加荷载之间呈现出一一对应的响应特性;在较高应力比下,随循环周次增加,试件输出电压幅值无明显变化;在较低应力比下,随循环周次增加,试件输出电压幅值呈现递减规律,加载前期电压幅值下降较快,后期逐渐趋于平稳;相同应力比时,随循环周次增加不同加载频率下,试件输出电压幅值变化规律与输出电压幅值随应力比的变化规律一致。 The quasi-static compression tests and cyclic loading tests are performed on 1-3 cement based piezoelectric composite by using the MTS810 material testing machine.The results show that the response characteristics between the output voltage of the specimen and the applied load are one to one under cyclic loading.Under the high stress ratio,the output voltage amplitude does not change significantly with the increase of cycle times.Under the lower stress ratio,the output voltage amplitude of the specimen shows a decreasing rule with the increase of cycle times,which appears faster drops in the early stage of the loading and gradually stable changes at the later stage.Under the same stress ratio,the output voltage amplitude of the specimen changes in the same way with the increase of the cycle times and no related with the loading frequency.
