摘要
长庆油田物资系统践行“依法合规、共享服务、全生命周期综合成本最低”三大理念,全面实施了“工厂到现场”物资直达供应,保证了“工厂到现场”直达物资质量安全合格。介绍了长庆油田物资质量监管的形成和应用情况,分析了质量监管的现状,提出质量监管的方法和实施要点,阐明了应用该质量监管模式对“工厂到现场”直达物资质量安全合格的有效性和关键作用。
Following the philosophy of“compliance with laws and regulations,shared services,and the lowest comprehensive cost throughout the life cycle”,the material supplying departments of Changqing Oilfield have been fully implemented the“factory-to-site”direct supply of materials.The quality and safety of“factory-to-site”direct materials are ensured.This article introduces the establishment and application of material quality supervision,analyzes the current status,proposes methods and implementation points,and points out the effectiveness and key role of accurately understanding and applying this quality supervision model for the quality and safety of direct materials from the“factory-to-site”.
