摘要
在满足合格率的前提下,如何保证烟叶纯度、如何分配非相邻等级的部位和比例等问题亟待解决。该研究以当前国家烟草专卖局提出的“合格率为前提、纯度为保障”的烟叶收购理念为依据,围绕卷烟工业企业对原料的质量需求,探索出一套新政策背景下烟叶工商交接的质量检验方法。该方法以化学检测、内在质量评吸等手段,分析了“主等级”与烟包中“其他等级”不同配比的合理性及可用性,针对性地筛选出适宜的“等级配比”及其阈值,探索出一套能保障卷烟工业企业烟叶原料可用性的工商交接质量检验方法。
In order to solve the problem of ensure the purity of tobacco leaf and distribute the parts and proportions of non-adjacent grade under the premise of satisfying the qualified rate,explores a set of quality inspection method of tobacco leaf transfer under the background of new policy based on the concept of“qualified rate as premise and purity as guarantee”proposed by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.This method analyzes the rationality and availability of different proportions of“main grade”and“other grade”in cigarette pack by means of chemical detection and internal quality evaluation,selects the“grade ratio”and its threshold value suitable for the specific production area,explores a set of industrial and commercial handover quality inspection method to guarantee the availability of tobacco raw materials in cigarette industry enterprises.
