摘要
通过对全液压驱动旋转钻机工况要求的研究,结合露天矿开采的实际情况,设计了一种全液压驱动钻机液压系统方案。系统选用PSV比例多路阀与V30D轴向变量柱塞泵结合使用,构建基于负载敏感的钻机液压系统,此套液压系统能使泵的输出压力和流量自动适应钻机工作时的负载需求,大幅度提高液压系统效率,减少系统耗能及发热量。通过样机的试制与测试,验证此套负载敏感液压系统设计的可靠性和优越性。
Based on the study of the working conditions of the full hydraulic drive rotary drilling rig and the actual situation of open-pit mining, a hydraulic system scheme of the full hydraulic drive drilling rig is designed. This system uses PSV proportional multiway valve and V30 D axial variable plunger pump in combination to build a rig hydraulic system based on load sensitivity.This set of hydraulic system can automatically adapt the output pressure and flow of the pump to the load requirements of the rig when working, greatly improving the efficiency of the hydraulic system and reducing the energy consumption and heat generation of the system. Through the trial production and test of the prototype, the reliability and superiority of the design of the load-sensitive hydraulic system are verified.
