摘要
通过对小龙潭露天矿2008-2018年安全生产系统的投入-产出结构进行分析,构建小龙潭露天矿安全生产效率评价指标体系,测算各年安全生产效率。发现在近10年的安全生产过程中,小龙潭露天矿2018年的安全生产效率达到最佳,说明该年的投入-产出结构合理,并且其投入-产出配比具有很强的推广性。而2014、2015连续2年出现效率不足的情况,对其投入-产出的各项指标详细分析,发现综合能耗量、生产人工冗余及煤岩生产总量不足是导致这2年安全生产效率损失的关键因素。其余各年的安全生产相对效率均呈现有效状态,总体来看小龙潭露天矿安全生产投入产出结构较为合理,其安全生产效率较高。
This article analyzed the input-output structure of the safe production system of Xiaolongtan Open-pit Mine from 2008 to 2018, and constructed the safety production efficiency evaluation index system of Xiaolongtan Open-pit Mine to measure the safety production efficiency of each year. In the safe production process of the past ten years, the safety production efficiency of Xiaolongtan Open-pit Mine reached the best in 2018, indicating that the input-output structure was reasonable in the year, and the input-output ratio had a strong promotion. In 2014 and 2015, there were inefficiencies in two consecutive years, and analyzed the input-output indicators and revealed that the comprehensive energy consumption, production artificial redundancy and insufficient coal and rock production were the key factors of the loss of safe production efficiency. In the remaining years, the relative efficiency of safety production had been in an effective state. Overall, the safe production and output structure of Xiaolongtan Open-pit Mine was relatively reasonable, and the safety production efficiency was relatively high.
