摘要
为了减少氮化硅纤维在织造中受到的损伤,提高其织造适应性,分别制备了不同含固量的热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)和PEG改性TPU上浆剂。采用自制装置对氮化硅纤维束进行了上浆处理,并对比研究了两种上浆剂对纤维耐磨性、柔软性和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随着上浆剂中含固量的增加,上浆后纤维的耐磨性和拉伸性能增强,但柔软性降低,而相同含固量的两种上浆剂处理后的氮化硅纤维的耐磨性、拉伸性能近似,纤维柔韧性和体积分数差异显著。纤维评价结果表明:经浓度为12%的PEG改性TPU上浆剂处理后,氮化硅纤维具有较好的织造适应性。
In order to reduce the damage of silicon nitride fiber in weaving and improve its weaving adaptability, the different solid content thermoplastic polyurethanes(TPU) and PEG modified TPU sizing agents were prepared. The silicon nitride fiber bundles were sized by self-made equipment, and the effects of the two sizing agents on the wear resistance, softness and tensile properties of the fibers were compared. The results showed that with the increase of solid content in the sizing agent, the wear resistance and tensile properties of the fiber after sizing were enhanced while the softness was lowered. After the treatment of the two sizing agents with the same solid content, the wear resistance and tensile properties of the silicon nitride fibers were similar, but the fiber flexibility and the volume fraction were significantly different. The fiber evaluation results showed that the silicon nitride fiber had good weaving adaptability after treatment with PEG modified TPU sizing agent with a concentration of 12%.
