摘要
目的:评价基台一体冠应用于后牙区单颗牙种植修复的临床效果。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,选择2015年11月至2018年6月于青岛市市立医院口腔科就诊并完成单颗后牙种植修复的患者167例,其中70例采用螺丝固位基台一体冠,97例采用粘接固位。收集临床及影像学资料,并调查患者的满意度。结果:修复完成后6至37个月,种植体存留率均为100%;与粘接固位组相比,基台一体冠组的种植体周围边缘骨吸收量降低(P<0.05),改良菌斑指数及改良出血指数明显改善(P<0.05),满意度无明显差异(P>0.05)。基台一体冠组4例崩瓷,1例修复体松动;粘接固位组2例崩瓷,3例冠脱落。结论:基台一体冠应用于后牙区单颗牙缺失的种植修复,在观察时间内临床修复效果良好。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical performance of integrated abutment crowns(IAC)in the posterior region.Methods:167 patients with single-tooth implants for at least a 6 mouths’follow up period were recruited in this respective study.70 patients were restored with screw-retained IAC,and 97 patients were restored with cement-retained implant restorations.The patients’clinical outcomes were evaluated by the combination of clinical examination,radiograph and questionnaire reading patient-reported outcome of follow up.Results:In the observational time of 6-37 months,the survival rate implants is 100%.The differences of marginal bone resorption,modified plaque index,and modified sulcus bleeding were statistically significant(P<0.05).While the satisfaction between the two groups were statistically not significant(P>0.05).Porcelain chipping were observed in 4 IAC and in 2 cement-retained implant restorations.Loss of retention were observed in 1 IAC and 3 cement-retained implant restorations.Conclusion:The clinical effect of screw-retained IAC in posterior area are satisfactory in the observational time.
