摘要
兵器学科作为一门国防特色鲜明的学科,其国际化人才培养对我国现代国防建设具有重要意义。南京理工大学立足国防发展需求,在借鉴国际人才培养先进经验的基础上,结合我国实际,从课程国际化、教师国际化、平台国际化三方面对兵器类专业国际化人才培养进行了探索与实践。
Weapon discipline,as a subject with distinct national defense characteristics,is important to the construction of national defense.According to the needs of national defense,the training experience of international talents and the reality of our country,Nanjing University of Science and Technology has explored a method of cultivating international talents.In this paper,based on the internationalization of the courses,teachers and platforms,the exploration and practice of training international talents of weapon discipline are summarized.
