摘要
介绍了煤矿提升机、皮带输送机与采煤机的安装工程与调试方法。首先探究了煤矿提升机的安装流程,提出了几点重要的步骤,并介绍了提升机试运行的顺序以及注意事项,其次分别对皮带输送机与采煤机安装过程中的注意事项进行介绍,针对两种机电设备的特点,给出了几种试验方法与检测标准,为设备的安全运行提供保障。
The installation engineering and debugging methods of coal mine hoists,belt conveyors and shearers are introduced.The article first explores the installation process of the coal mine hoist,puts forward several important steps,and introduces the sequence and precautions of the hoist test run.Secondly,it introduces the precautions during the installation process of the belt conveyor and the shearer.According to the characteristics of the two electromechanical devices,several test methods and test standards are given to provide guarantee for the safe operation of the equipment.
