摘要
头颈部恶性肿瘤是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤之一,患者营养不良发生率达50%,使得出现缺乏营养的支撑。营养支持问题的出现大大降低了肿瘤患者的治疗预判,使得患者关于手术治疗、放化疗的承受性降低,所以进行标准化的营养分析研究、科学的营养预测、正确的主要营养供应能够大大提高患者的身体状况和治疗体验。因此,本文介绍了营养不足诊断,目前国内外常见营养风险及营养不足筛查量表,分析了影响头颈部肿瘤营养不足的原因,营养支持方法等。
Head and neck malignant tumors are one of the most common malignant tumors in clinic.The incidence of malnutrition in patients is 50%,while nutritional support is low.Nutritional risk and malnutrition seriously affect the prognosis of cancer patients and reduce their tolerance and sensitivity to surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Normalized nutritional risk screening,professional malnutrition assessment and reasonable target nutrition support can improve the nutritional status and quality of life of cancer patients.Therefore,this paper introduces the diagnosis of undernutrition,the common nutritional risk and undernutrition screening scale at home and abroad,analyses the causes of undernutrition in head and neck tumors,nutritional support methods and so on.
