摘要
为了解决麻地梁矿509胶带顺槽掘进时受到一侧临近工作面回采采动、上覆岩层运动以及顶板直接顶较为破碎等多相耦合作用的影响,导致巷道变形迅速,位移量大,矿压显现较剧烈的等问题。本文利用ZKXG30钻孔成像仪技术手段对509工作面胶带机顺槽进行锚杆受力特征以及松动圈发育规律分析,对巷道顶板围岩破碎和裂隙发育情况进行评估,提出了锚杆锚索同排协同支护方案,共同提高了锚固体的承载能力,保持围岩稳定,且通过锚杆受力监测、顶板离层变化趋势,侧面验证巷道支护效果明显。
The In order to solve the multi-phase coupling effect of mining, overlying strata movement and the direct roof broken when driving in 509 belt conveyor of Madiliang mine,It leads to the problems of rapid deformation, large displacement and severe mine pressure.In this paper, the technology of ZKXG30 borehole imager are used to analysis of the stress characteristics of the bolt and the development law of the loose circle in the belt conveyor of 509 working face.Based on the evaluation of the surrounding rock fragmentation and fracture development of the roadway roof, a scheme of bolt and anchor cable co row support is proposed,It improves the bearing capacity of the bolt, keeps the stability of the surrounding rock, and verifies the supporting effect of the roadway by monitoring the stress of the bolt and the change trend of the roof separation.
