边角工作面过多空间关系空巷施工技术研究

摘要 山西长治经坊煤矿3-边角05工作面正常回采时先后通过与之平交和半立交空巷,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对工作面推进至空巷前15m、12.5m、10m、7.5m以及5m和2.5m时,空巷顶板及围岩的应力变化及塑性变形区域的变化进行研究,研究得出距离空巷12.5m时空巷顶板开始发生破断,且塑性破坏范围开始变大,到距离空巷2.5m时应力释放完成,破坏范围不再增大,并提出通过提前联接金属网的预防措施以及通过平交空巷和半立交具体技术措施确保工作面安全通过空巷。 During the normal mining of the 3-corner 05 working face of the Changzhi Jingfang Coal Mine in Shanxi Province, the FLAC3 D numerical simulation software was used to push the working surface to the front of the empty road 15 m, 12.5 m, 10 m, 7.5. When m and 5 m and2.5 m, the stress change of the roof and surrounding rock and the change of plastic deformation zone are studied. It is found that the roof of the12.5 m space-time lane starts to break, and the plastic damage range begins to increase. When the distance is 2.5 m, the stress release is completed, the damage range is no longer increased, and the preventive measures for connecting the metal mesh in advance and the concrete technical measures to ensure the safe passage of the working face through the empty lane are proposed.
