摘要
总结鲍远程教授辨治不寐的思路及遣方用药特色。鲍远程教授认为失眠与五志、五脏功能失调关系密切,治疗不寐中重视心神的主宰作用,五脏调和,阴阳平衡是其核心治法,尤擅用经方,且不泥古。附验案一则,以证其说。
To explore the clinical wisdom of Bao Yuan’s professor on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Professor Bao believes that insomnia is closely related to the five dysfunctions and the five internal organs.The treatment does not pay attention to the dominating role of the mind.The five organs are harmonious,and the balance between yin and yang is its core method.Professor Bao’s clinical examination and treatment will not expand the case,and will expand the thinking of the syndrome differentiation and the characteristics of the drug.
