摘要
企业文化竞争力是决定企业高质量发展的关键。本文从物质、制度、精神、行为和学习文化竞争力五个维度构建民营企业文化竞争力评价指标体系,采用层次分析法、因子分析法建立企业文化竞争力评价模型。企业文化竞争力评价的结果表明,湖南省民营企业文化竞争力水平整体处于“较强”等级,其中,物质文化竞争力、制度文化竞争力、精神文化竞争力、行为文化竞争力四个维度的文化竞争力均位于“较强”等级,只有学习文化竞争力处于“一般”水平。学习文化竞争力水平略微薄弱导致民营企业缺少发展动力,造成企业发展空间拓展受限。因此,要依据相应指标的权重和实际得分进行调整。具体而言,应以技术创新提高学习文化竞争力,打造以工匠精神为核心的企业精神文化,建立高质量企业文化体系,提升民营企业文化竞争力水平。
Cultural competitiveness of an enterprise is the key to its high quality development.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of cultural competitiveness of private enterprises from five dimensions of material,system,spirit,behavior and learning cultural competitiveness,and establishes the evaluation model of corporate cultural competitiveness by using AHP and factor analysis.The evaluation results of corporate cultural competitiveness show that the overall level of cultural competitiveness of private enterprises in Hunan Province is at a“strong”level,among which the four dimensions of material cultural competitiveness,institutional cultural competitiveness,spiritual cultural competitiveness and behavioral cultural competitiveness are all at a“strong”level,only the learning cultural competitiveness is at a“general”level.The weak level of learning cultural competitiveness leads to the lack of development power of private enterprises,which limits the development space of enterprises.Therefore,the corresponding adjustment should be made according to the weight and actual score of the corresponding indicators.Specifically,we should improve the competitiveness of learning culture by technological innovation,create the spirit of enterprise culture with craftsman spirit as the core,establish a high-quality enterprise culture system,and improve the level of cultural competitiveness of private enterprises.
