摘要
信息化是实现国家教育考试治理能力现代化的必由之路。当前,用信息化推进国家教育考试治理能力现代化面临一些挑战。国家教育考试信息化应重点在以下6个方面开展工作:1)完善标准化考点建设,不断提升国家教育考试综合治理能力;2)加快信息化与考试业务融合,打造考试机构核心竞争力;3)坚持创新驱动,加快推动教育考试大数据应用;4)实施考试服务“互联网+”行动,打造便捷、高效的公众服务平台;5)探索新一代信息技术应用,向考试的数字化、网络化、智能化和智慧化迈进;6)加强网络和信息系统安全体系建设,保障国家教育考试安全。
The key to achieve advancement of modernization of governance capability in national educational examination administration is informationization,which,at present,is still confronted by some challenges.Efforts needed to be focused on the following 6 aspects:1)the optimization and build outs of standardized examination centers and relentless upgrade of comprehensive administrative capability over national educational examinations;2)timely integration of information technology with examination administrative needs aimed at building core competitiveness deemed crucial to an examination organization;3)innovative introduction of big data applications in educational examinations;4)creation of an user-friendly and efficient public service platform as a response to the call of Internet Plus Action in examination services;5)exploration and applications of emerging technologies in digital processing,networking,intelligent and AI processing in testing;6)enhancement of the construction of security systems over testing network and information system to ensure the safety of national education examination.
