摘要
为进一步减小某型狙击榴弹发射器的后坐力,提高人机工效,对其参数优化开展了研究;以武器后坐力极值最小为目标,分析了模型各参数的灵敏度,确定了设计变量,以武器总质量不增大为约束条件建立了优化模型;应用Isight平台集成Adams软件的方式,采用多岛遗传算法对该武器的相关参数进行了优化计算,对所得到的最优解进行了仿真分析;结果表明:优化后其后坐力极值降低了18.6%,武器质量减小了51.3 g,其导轨的振动次数有所减少;优化方案有效提高了该武器人机工效和系统平稳性。
In order to further reduce the recoil of a sniper grenade launcher and improve the ergonomics,the optimization of its parameters is studied.In order to minimize the maximum recoil of the weapon,the sensitivity of the parameters of the model is analyzed,and the design variable is determined.The optimization model is established with the non increase of the total quality of the weapon as a constraint condition,and the Isight platform is used to integrate the Adams software,and the parameters of the weapon are optimized and calculated by using the MIGA.The optimal solution is simulated and analyzed.The results show that after the optimization,the maximum value of the recoil is reduced by 18.6%,the quality of the weapon is reduced by 51.3 g,and the vibration times of the guide rail are reduced,and the optimization scheme effectively improves the ergonomics and system stability of the weapon.
