摘要
目的探讨原发性肝癌中DNA切除修复交叉互补基因1(ERCC1)的表达与奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙/5-氟尿嘧啶(mFOLFOX6)肝动脉灌注化疗效果的关系及其对预后的影响。方法纳入30例原发性肝癌患者,取其石蜡包埋标本,以免疫组化法检测ERCC1蛋白的表达水平,探讨ERCC1的表达与含奥沙利铂化疗方案效果及预后的关系。结果30例原发性肝癌患者中,ERCC1阳性表达率高达63.33%(19/30)。结论尚未发现ERCC1表达与肝癌患者接受以奥沙利铂为基础动脉灌注化疗的效果及预后的相关性,未来仍需进行大规模前瞻性研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of DNA excision repair cross complementing 1(ERCC1)and the effect and prognosis of oxaliplatin combined with hepatic arterial infusion of calcium folinate/5-fluorouracil(mFOLFOX6)chemotherapy in primary liver cancer.Methods Thirty patients with primary liver cancer were included in this study.The expression level of ERCC1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression of ERCC1 and the effect and prognosis of chemotherapy with oxaliplatin was discussed.Results Among 30 patients with primary liver cancer,the positive expression rate of ERCC1 was as high as 63.33%(19/30).Conclusion No correlation has been found between the expression of ERCC1 and the effect and prognosis of patients with liver cancer receiving oxaliplatin-based arterial infusion chemotherapy.Large-scale prospective studies are still needed.
