摘要
为促进农产品产销衔接、推动农业转型升级、助力农民脱贫增收,河南省实施“互联网+”农产品出村进城工程:大力发展特色产业,打造优质农产品供应链体系;发挥好益农信息社作用,健全农产品网络销售服务体系;壮大农村电商技能人才队伍,带动农村创业创新;建立协调联动机制,形成工程落地见效强大合力。
Henan Province implemented the"Internet+"agricultural product out of villages into cities project:Vigorously develop characteristic industries and build a supply chain system of high-quality agricultural products;give full play to the role of information society favorable to agriculture and improve the online sales and service system of agricultural products;expand the rural e-commerce technical talent team to drive rural entrepreneurial innovation;establish a coordinated linkage mechanism,form a strong and effective project work together to promote the convergence of agricultural production and sales,promote agricultural transformation and upgrading,then help farmers lift poverty and increase income.
