高压输电线路共享资源分析及共享铁塔供电技术方案探讨 被引量:15

Analysis on Sharable Resources of High Voltage Transmission Lines and Discussion of Technical Schemes for Shared Tower Power Supply

摘要 当前,电网公司积极支持共享经济的发展,大力开放共享输电线路资源。基于输电线路电源属性,提出4种直接取电技术的特性及适用场合;对输电线路其他共享资源进行分析,提出通信、地理位置、支架和防雷接地4种共享属性,并针对每种可共享属性分别给出了应用场景;提出适用于共享铁塔架设通信基站的大功率取供电方案,即在配电网供电半径之内直接采用市电供电,在配电网供电半径之外,采用功率型单相变压器从高压输电线路直接取电,并与光伏和蓄电池组合供电的方案。相关研究成果普适性强,对我国输电铁塔的共建共享和5G通信组网具有很好的参考价值。 Power grid corporations have been actively supporting the development of the sharing economy and dramatically share the transmission line resources Firstly,based on the attribute of transmission lines as the power supply,this paper presents the features and application scenarios of 4 types of direct power-fetch methods;secondly,it analyzes other sharable resources of transmission lines and introduces communication,geographical location,carrier,lightning protection grounding and their application scenarios;finally,it proposes a high-power supply and fetch scheme applicable to communication base stations mounted on sharing transmission iron towers.In the scheme,the power is supplied by utility electricity when the tower is located within the power supply radius of the distribution network while the power is fetched directly from the transmission lines with single-phase power transformers in coordination with photovoltaics and batteries when out of the radius.The results are universally applicable and have substantial reference value for the co-construction and sharing of transmission towers and 5G communication networking in China.
