摘要
媒体融合以技术为先导,以技术进步与传播手段创新为核心。伴随着信息技术的发展,媒体融合正逐步重塑传统的传播生态和传播格局。在媒体融合引导下的媒介重构中,由于长期处于传统的传播机制和运营体制之下,加之位于我国电视行业的末位,城市电视台的发展遇到了巨大挑战。城市电视台作为官方媒体的一员,虽面临技术薄弱和外部竞争,但仍拥有相当的资源、经验和对传播规律的深刻把握和了解,完全可以充分发挥其所能,运用新技术、新手段,顺应媒体融合的大趋势,实现由内而外的变革。
Media convergence is guided by technology,with technological progress and innovation in communication methods as the core.With the development of information technology,media convergence is gradually reshaping the traditional communication ecology and communication pattern.In the media reconstruction guided by media convergence,the development of urban TV stations has encountered huge challenges due to its long-term traditional communication mechanism and operating system,and its position at the bottom of China's television industry.Although facing weak technology and external competition,city television station,as the member of the official media,still has considerable resources and experience,and a deep grasp and understanding of the laws of communication.Thus,it can operate new technologies and methods to cater to the trend of media convergence,which is the effective way to achieve an entire transformation.
