Design and Experience on Track Structure System of Modern Tram

摘要 通过调研国内已建及在建有轨电车项目,对现代有轨电车轨道结构设计进行系统性介绍和分析,重点介绍钢轨、扣件、轨枕、道床、钢轨扣件防护、道岔及排水设计与选型,总结轨道设计经验,对钢轨扣件选型、道床及支承层设计、道岔区道床选型、排水设计、接口设计等提出合理化建议,如建议道岔区采用有枕式整体道床,混行路口处钢轨扣件防护进行特殊设计,道床下部设钢筋混凝土底座,底座两线间及两线外侧采用碎石填充上部混凝土抹面,保证轨道结构的安全适用性、经济性及技术先进性,减少后期养护维修工作,为后续现代有轨电车轨道系统设计提供参考和借鉴。 Through investigation into the domestic modern tram project,the author introduces and analyzes the modern tram track design systematically,and puts great emphasis on the design and selection of the rail,the fastener,the concrete sleeper,the track bed,the protection of rail and fastener,the turnout and the drainage,then summarizes the design experience,finally gives some reasonable suggestions on the rail and fastener type,the track bed and support,the track bed type in turnout area,the drainage,the interface design,for example,the unballast bed with sleeper is applied in turnout area,the protection of rail and fastener should be specially designed in mixed traffic,the track bed is supported by reinforced base plate,and the other place outside the base plate is filled with gravel and concrete.The suggestions aim at ensuring the safety,adaptability,economy,advanced technique and reducing maintenance work in the future.It could provide reference for the next modern tram track design.
