摘要
目的总结处于康复期阶段的精神分裂症患者护理工作中落实心理护理干预的效果,为精神分裂症临床治疗护理工作的开展提供参考,以促进患者病情康复,提高患者生活质量。方法选择本院收治住院治疗的处在康复期阶段的精神分裂症患者,总计80例。经医院伦理委员会批准同意,在常规临床用药治疗期间,进行80例精神分裂症患者1:1比例分组护理干预,常规护理组精神分裂症患者接受疾病常规护理,联合护理组精神分裂症患者接受常规护理+心理护理干预。对比常规护理组与联合护理组精神分裂症患者干预8周后焦虑、抑郁HAMD、HAMA负性情绪评分以及阳性、阴性症状量表PANSS评分情况。结果护理干预后,联合护理组精神分裂症患者负性情绪、阳性与阴性症状量表评分均明显优于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复期精神分裂症患者应用心理护理干预,可以改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,从而促进患者病情进一步控制和改善,缩短住院时间。
Objective To summarize the effect of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing work of schizophrenic patients in the rehabilitation stage, and to provide reference for clinical treatment and nursing of schizophrenic patients, so as to promote their rehabilitation and improve their quality of life. Methods 80 cases of schizophrenia were admitted to our hospital during the rehabilitation period. With the approval of the ethics committee of the hospital, 80 patients with schizophrenia were treated with 1:1 ratio group nursing intervention during the routine clinical treatment. The patients with schizophrenia in the routine nursing group received routine nursing care, and the patients with schizophrenia in the joint nursing group received routine nursing + psychological nursing intervention. Comparison of anxiety, depression HAMD, HAMA negative mood score and positive and negative symptom scale PANSS score after 8 weeks of intervention between patients with schizophrenia in the conventional nursing group and the combined nursing group. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of negative emotion, positive and negative symptoms in the combined nursing group were significantly higher than those in the conventional nursing group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for schizophrenic patients in convalescent period can improve their anxiety and depression, so as to further control and improve their condition and shorten the hospitalization time.
