摘要
中华人民共和国与越南社会主义共和国的关系经历了血与火的考验,70年来双方互助共援,在政治、经济、军事、外交、教育等多个领域全面合作,互施援手,使得“同志加兄弟、关系正常化、合作共赢”成为中越关系发展过程中的三大过河石。中越友好是主流,互为友邦、互给援助、共同合作是主旋律,这构成了中越关系的两条主线。新时代面对复杂多变的世界局面,中越两国承担了实现社会主义建设的人类使命,只要共谋大事,努力抓牢合作共赢的第三块过河石,保持两条主线的方向,中越关系才会有更美好的未来。
The relationship between the People’s Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a pair of bilateral relationships that have stood the trial of blood and fire.Over the past 70 years,the two countries have supported and assisted each other in comprehensive fields such as politics,economy,military,diplomacy,and education.Helping hands and multifaceted cooperation have made“comrades and brothers,normalization of relations,and win-win cooperation”the three river-stones that have been found in the development of China-Vietnam relations.Sino-Vietnamese friendship is the mainstream.Mutual friendship,mutual aid,and common cooperation are the main themes.These two spheres constitute the two main lines of Sino-Vietnamese relations.In the new era,facing the complex and changing world situation,China and Vietnam have undertaken the human mission to achieve the socialist construction.Only the major issues of consultation and efforts to grasp the third river-stone of win-win cooperation,and maintenance of the direction of the two main lines,will ensure a better future.
