摘要
本研究旨在确定日粮硒源和剂量对马代谢和血液的影响.将25匹成年马根据体重随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复1匹,分别饲喂对照组日粮(不添加硒)、0.2、0.3和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒及0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠,试验共进行112 d.结果:日粮硒源和添加剂量对血浆能量和蛋白代谢相关指标均无显著影响(P>0.05).0.4 mg/kg酵母硒和0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠组较对照组显著提高了血浆钠浓度(P<0.05),且日粮处理与时间对血浆氯浓度的影响具有显著交互作用(P<0.05).日粮添加0.3和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒较对照组和0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠组显著降低了血浆总抗氧化物水平(P<0.05),同时随着日粮酵母硒添加水平的升高,血浆总抗氧化物含量表现为显著的剂量-依赖效应(P<0.05).0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠组血液淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞数最低(P<0.05),对照组较酵母硒组显著提高了红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(P<0.05),而0.2 mg/kg酵母硒组红细胞分布宽度最高(P<0.05).结论:尽管硒的来源和剂量对炎症和肝脏状态的标记物无显著影响,但血液学特征似乎表明了硒的免疫调节作用,具有表现为酵母硒轻微降低了白细胞计数.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of dietary selenium sources and doses on horse metabolism and blood.A total of 25 mature horses were randomly divided into 5 groups according to their weight.Each group was fed with 5 replicates,one for each replicate.The control group was fed with a diet of selenium yeast(without selenium),0.2,0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg selenium yeast,and 0.3 mg/kg sodium selenite,respectively.Results:dietary selenium source and added dose had no significant effect on plasma energy and protein metabolism(P>0.05).The 0.4mg/kg selenium yeast and 0.3mg/kg sodium selenite group significantly increased the plasma sodium concentration compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the effect of dietary treatment and time on the plasma chlorine concentration was significantly correlated(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the 0.3 mg/kg sodium selenite group,the dietary supplementation of 0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg selenium yeast significantly reduced the plasma total antioxidant level(P<0.05).Meanwhile,with the increase of dietary selenium yeast supplementation level,the plasma total antioxidant content showed a significant dose-dependent effec(t P<0.05).The blood lymphocyte and eosinophil Numbers in the 0.3mg/kg sodium selenite group were the lowest(P<0.05),while the mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration in the control group was significantly higher than that in the selenium yeast group(P<0.05),while the erythrocyte distribution width in the 0.2mg/kg selenium yeast group was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion:although the source and dose of selenium had no significant effect on markers of inflammation and liver status,its hematological characteristics seemed to indicate an immunomodulatory effect of selenium,manifested by a slight reduction in white blood cell count by selenium yeast.
