腹泻婴幼儿的粪便轮状病毒及腺病毒检测结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解不同年龄段腹泻婴幼儿轮状病毒(RV)及腺病毒(AdV)感染的季节特点,为诊治提供参考.方法分析2016至2018年间就诊的<3岁腹泻患儿,利用胶体金免疫层析技术检测患儿大便RV及AdV抗体.分析本地婴幼儿RV、AdV感染的年龄、性别和时间分布特征.结果共入组腹泻患儿5896例,其中RV检出1102例(18.69%);AdV检出153例(2.59%).其中RV组6~12个月龄患儿RV检出率为26.89%(684/2410),RV检出率随年龄增加而下降(P<0.01);AdV检出率未见明显年龄趋势.本地区11月至次年2月共检出RV感染阳性705例,占全年检出率63.97%(705/1102),高于其他月份检出率(χ^2=2.478,P=0.00);AdV检出率最高为每年5~6月份,共检出91例,占59.48%(91/153),检出率高于同年其他月份,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=77.405,P=0.00).结论RV仍为本地区婴幼儿急性腹泻的主要病原体,AdV感染检出率亦较高;RV感染为秋冬季高发,有明显季节性,AdV感染呈全年散发.小月龄患儿急性腹泻要重视轮状病毒和腺病毒的排查,防止脱水和并发症,选择快速准确的诊断方法,对于临床医师的诊治非常必要. Objective To explore the seasonal characteristics of rotavirus and adenovirus infection in infants of different ages,and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of local pediatricians.Method A retrospective analysis of children with diarrhea under 3 years of age who were admitted to Lishui Hospital of Zhejiang University from January 2016 to December 2018 was performed by colloidal immunochromatography to detect fecal rotavirus and adenovirus antibodies.The gender,age and time distribution characteristics of local infants with rotavirus and adenovirus infection were analyzed.Result In the feces of 5896 children with diarrhea,1102 cases of rotavirus were detected,the infection rate was 18.69%;153 cases of adenovirus,the infection rate was 2.59%.The positive rate of rotavirus decreased with the age of the children(P<0.01),and the positive rate of rotavirus was the highest in the 6-12 months group(26.89%).The high incidence of rotavirus infection in this region was from November to February,and a total of 705 positive cases were detected,accounted for 63.97%(x^2=2.478,P=0.00);the high incidence of adenovims infection was from May to 6 A total of 91 cases were detected positive,accounted for 59.48%(x^2=11 AQ5,P=0.00).Conclusion Rotavirus is still the main pathogen of acute diarrhea in infants and young children in this area,but the detection rate of adenovirus infection is also high;adenovirus infection is distributed throughout the year,rotavirus infection is still high in autumn and winter,and attention should be paid to small moon age.Infant diarrhea infection with rotavirus and adenovirus examination,the choice of fast and accurate diagnosis is necessary for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
