摘要
物资应急管理是疫情期间医院正常运行和疫情防控目标实现的基础保证,如何在疫情防控之初及时启动应急物资管理响应联动机制、开通应急物资紧急筹措渠道、实施应急物资分配全过程管理、严格应急物资分级授权使用和搭建应急物资监管立体防控网是医院疫情防控面临的现实问题。在总结某大型综合医院在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医用应急物资方面的管理实践基础上,对有效保障疫情期间物资有序高效供给,构建重大传染病疫情期间应急物资管理体系提出思考和建议。
Emergency management of materials is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of the hospital during the epidemic period and the realization of the goals of prevention and control of the epidemic. Strictly authorizing the use of emergency materials and establishing a three-dimensional prevention and control network for emergency materials supervision are the real problems of epidemic prevention and control. On the basis of summarizing the management practice of a comprehensive hospital on medical emergency supplies during COVID-19 epidemic period,the article puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for effectively guaranteeing an orderly and efficient supply of supplies during the epidemic and establishing an emergency supplies management system during major infectious diseases.
