摘要
文章对采用三溴偶氮胂分光光度法测定无铅锡基焊料中镧的各项操作条件进行了试验。试样经盐酸、硝酸溶解完全,在硫酸介质中,以盐酸-氢溴酸排除大量锡,在酸性介质中,镧与三溴偶氮胂生成有色络合物,采用分光光度计测定无铅锡基焊料中0.0050%~0.10%的镧含量。
In this paper,the determination of lanthanum in lead-free tin-based solder by tribromoarsenazo spectrophotometry is studied.The sample is completely dissolved by hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,in sulfuric acid medium,removal of large amount of tin by hydrochloric acid hydrobromic acid.In acid medium,the colored complexes of lanthanum with tribromoarsenazo is formed,0.0050%~0.10%lanthanum in lead-free tin-based solder is determined by spectrophotometer。
