摘要
以氯化锆为金属盐,对苯二甲酸为有机配体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为有机溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备了金属有机骨架材料UiO-66并用于溶液中亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附。理化性能表征结果显示:所制备的UiO-66晶型结构良好,平均孔径为8.23 nm,BET比表面积为835.7 m^2/g。通过静态吸附实验研究了初始浓度、溶液pH以及吸附时间等因素对UiO-66吸附MB性能的影响。结果表明:UiO-66用量0.5 g/L,MB初始质量浓度为160 mg/L,25℃下吸附12 h,吸附量可达191.1 mg/g,碱性条件有利于MB的吸附。Langmuir等温吸附模型相关系数R^2大于0.993,能更好地描述等温吸附过程。动力学模型拟合结果表明,吸附过程为非理想单分子层化学吸附。经过5次吸附再生后UiO-66的吸附量约损失16.77%,有较好的循环再生性能。
Metal-organic frameworks UiO-66 were synthesized,using zirconium tetrachloride as the metal salt,terephthalic acid as the organic ligand and N,N-Dimethylformamide as the organic solvent,and were applied to adsorption and separation of methylene blue(MB)from aqueous solutions.The results of physical and chemical characterization indicated that the prepared UiO-66 possessed good crystal structure,with mean pore size of 8.23 nm and BET specific surface area of 835.7 m^2/g.The effects of initial concentration,solution pH and contact time on MB adsorption performance of UiO-66 were analyzed by static adsorption experiments.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of UiO-66 achieved 191.1 mg/g under the following conditions:UiO-66 dosage was 0.5 g/L,initial concentration of MB was 160 mg/L,and adsorbing for 12 h at 25℃.The alkaline conditions were favorable for MB adsorption onto UiO-66.The correlation coefficients R^2 of Langmuir isotherm model were greater than 0.993,and the isotherm adsorption process could be better described by the model.The fitting results of kinetic models showed that the adsorption process was non-ideal monolayer chemisorption.After 5 cycles of adsorption-regeneration the adsorption capacity of UiO-66 was lost about 16.77%,indicating a good reproducibility.
