摘要
目的:了解乌鲁木齐市中老年人的膳食结构,并探讨膳食模式对空腹血糖异常的影响。方法:采用横断面调查方法,对前来乌鲁木齐市米东医院、兵团医院参加健康体检人群进行调查,调查内容包括问卷调查、体成分检测和实验室检测;应用主成分分析法建立膳食模型;采用Logistic回归模型分析膳食模式与空腹血糖的关系。结果:对膳食问卷、体成分数据以及实验室检测数据进行整合,对757份有效数据进行分析,建立了5种膳食模式,分别为果奶坚果型膳食模式、水禽畜肉类膳食模式、蔬菜杂粮型膳食模式、高油高盐型膳食模式和糕点谷物型膳食模式;其中蔬菜杂粮型膳食模式、糕点谷物型膳食模式为血糖异常的保护因素(P<0.05),OR<1;高油高盐型膳食模式为血糖异常的危险因素(P<0.05),OR>1。结论:调整膳食结构,控制油盐的过多摄入,多吃果蔬及粗粮谷物,对预防控制糖尿病发展具有重要意义。
【Objective】To understand the dietary structure of middle-aged and old people in Urumqi,and to explore the influence of dietary pattern on the abnormal fasting blood glucose.【Method】The cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the people who came to Midong hospital and Bingtuan Hospital of Urumqi to participate in the physical examination.The survey contents included questionnaire survey,body composition test and laboratory test.The main component analysis method was used to establish the diet model.The Logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between the diet model and fasting blood glucose.【Result】Based on the integration of dietary questionnaire,body composition data and laboratory test data,757 valid data were analyzed,and five dietary models were established,including fruit milk nut diet model,waterfowl and livestock meat diet model,vegetable and miscellaneous grain diet model,high oil and salt diet model and pastry grain diet model.Among them,the dietary patterns of vegetables and grains and pastry grains were the protective factors of abnormal blood glucose(P<0.05),OR<1.The dietary patterns of high oil and high salt were the risk factors of abnormal blood glucose(P<0.05),OR>1.【Conclusion】It is important to adjust the dietary structure,control the excessive intake of oil and salt,and eat more fruits,vegetables and grains.
