摘要
以柠条花为原料,采用溶剂法提取柠条花中的总生物碱。在单因素试验的基础上,通过L9(34)正交试验确定出最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:最佳工艺为提取时间1h、料液比1∶15、乙醇浓度90%、提取温度70℃。在此条件下,柠条花中总生物碱的得率为4.039%。
The total alkaloids in caragana were extracted by solvent method.On the basis of single factor,the best extraction technology conditions were determined through L9(34)orthogonal test.The study suggested that the best process was after being extracted time 1 h,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶15,90%ethanol concentration,extraction temperature 70℃.Under these conditions,the percentage of total alkaloids in caragana was 4.039%.
